Our family had a fantastic time exploring the Theatre and Garment Districts, thanks to the hotel's convenient location. The kids loved the newly updated fitness center, where they could burn off their energy after a day of sightseeing.

My kids wished for a larger breakfast area for families, with more seating available.

I keep returning here for my NYC stays. Helpful staff, bug spray assistance remembered. Great amenities like Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, fitness studio, and more. Perfect for me. Coming back for Christmas.

We loved exploring the nearby Theatre and Garment Districts, and the hotel's fitness center was a great way to stay active. The vibrant atmosphere and central location made our stay even more exciting. Plus, the newly updated facilities gave off a cool vibe.

It would have been even more awesome if the hotel had a rooftop lounge or a cool hangout spot for young adults to chill and socialize.

Every part of it was excellent, I liked location and staff.

I chose to visit Rockefeller Center and the convenient location of Hampton Inn in Times Square was the main reason for my stay. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary breakfast with free coffee and tea, perfect for fueling up before exploring the city.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a great location near Times Square. The staff at Hampton Inn was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout my stay. The hotel was clean and comfortable, with a good selection of breakfast options. I felt safe walking around the area, even late at night, and there were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. it was a wonderful experience for my first trip to the city.

Perfectly clean, good value hotel, its location was ideal and close enough to the most important subway station as well as Times Square and Broadway theaters. Highly courteous, efficient staff team is especially the manager on staff during the day January 24th.

We appreciated this hotel ; its savoury breakfast, our brand-new room. Early check-in too. This property was set in a central area. We had early meal in Starbucks, based nearby.

The hotel was in a good area, short walk to the main attractions, the most important subway station, the subway. Late check out too. Moreover, it had parking nearby. I stayed at a spot that's super close to a massive building that looks like something from old movies. The rooms are pretty modern, with everything you need to feel at home. They even let me hang around a bit after the usual check-out time. The place had all the New York vibes right at my doorstep, from the famous places to the never-ending energy of the city. Plus, the free breakfast was a game-changer. Can't wait to go back and explore more of the city!

The hotel was fabulous and I loved the streets of New York City. The buffet breakfast was warm with several choices. The staff were helpful, tried to make the stay a fine experience. The location was perfect, for example, a well-maintained lawn was just a pleasant stroll away from the venue.

super hotel in citylage. good metro connection to all hotspots of new york city. if you are looking for a hotel in the middle of new york city, you have found it here. price-performance ratio is optimal. including breakfast: here very american, you don't mind paper plates and plastic dishes - everything there for the first refreshment of the day. 24/7 there is coffee and tea for free in the lobby. room is small, sufficient because you are on the road all day anyway - in bed it sleeps great, relaxation guaranteed! not to forget the great, friendly and courteous staff. we will surely come back!

elevator partly took forever, on the 22nd floor one thinks three times whether to climb stairs. maybe it was also due to the fact that parallel with us there was a huge travel group on site.

We had a fantastic stay in the heart of the city. The location was perfect - close to all the main attractions and within walking distance to the nearest subway station. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a great shower and a comfortable bed. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the included breakfast was a perfect way to start the day. We loved the convenience of the USB ports in the room, which made charging our devices hassle-free. it was a great value for the price.

Although the elevator situation was challenging, overall, the experience at Hampton Inn Manhattan - Times Square South was enjoyable. I particularly enjoyed the easy access to landmarks like the Empire State Building and the relaxing vibes of Bryant Park. The proximity to family-friendly attractions like Madame Tussauds New York and Central Park made for memorable bonding moments with my granddaughter.

During my recent business trip, my director chose the Hampton Inn for our stay in New York City. I was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary on-site gym, which boasted full-length mirrors and a mounted flat-screen TV. I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always going above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The basic amenities in the rooms were convenient, with a chair and table for working on my laptop. I also loved the fact that breakfast was included, and the spread was impressive, with a variety of hot and cold foods. The complimentary cookies were a nice touch, adding a homely feel to the stay.

That the curtains in my room didn't close all the way, leaving a gap that let in some light. However, this was only a minor inconvenience and didn't have a significant impact on my overall experience.

Breakfast was hearty and varied. The bedding was of very good quality. Having tea and coffee at all hours was very much appreciated.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a very accessible location within walking distance to the train station, restaurants, theaters, and several tourist spots. The breakfast provided was good and we enjoyed a warm breakfast daily. The front desk had great customer service and allowed us to check in earlier as soon as our room was ready. Additionally, the hotel was pet-friendly, which made our little Fido feel comfortable. It was an easy to find location, and Chris at the front desk went above and beyond my expectations, providing fantastic service throughout our stay. The beds were also the most comfortable I've ever slept in.

we had a room on the 32nd floor. there were only two elevators. so it always took us a very long time to get up and down.

During my stay at this hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by the convenience of the business center. I had an important presentation to prepare, and having access to a photocopier and high-speed internet made my work so much easier. It was like having an efficient personal assistant by my side!

The hotel was in a great location, just a few blocks from Times Square. It was close enough to be there in just a few minutes, but far enough away to avoid excessive noise. The staff at the hotel were extremely polite and helpful, especially the front desk and breakfast room employees. The breakfast offered a good variety of food, and there was plenty to choose from. Additionally, the hotel had free coffee available 24/7, which was a nice bonus.

The elevators at the hotel were not great. It was a tall building with only two elevators, so there was always a long line and sometimes you had to wait a very long time to go down to the lobby.

The water pressure in the shower was strong, and the heat in the room was consistent. They provided basic amenities and had reliable wifi throughout the hotel. it was a pleasant experience and I would definitely come back.

Mind-blowing location in the heart of the city with endless options for shopping and dining. Super-friendly and professional staff who ensure a pleasant stay. The beds were jaw-droppingly comfortable, and the breakfast, although limited, had acceptable options. The hotel offers free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, a bar/lounge area, a fitness studio, a business center. The laundry service, flat-screen TV, lift, kitchenette, and non-smoking property were all fantastic amenities. The property also offered wheelchair access and allowed pets. The air conditioning kept us COOL throughout our stay.

breakfast was fine but could be more varied e. g. there was no cheese, no tomatoes or cucumbers, no ham. lot of sweets and very unhealthy. location of the hotel was good and also not on a main road. service and/or personnel was always helpful and friendly.

in the room, even in the off-mode, one cannot switch off the air conditioning, thus the good thing went on and off every 5min. there was also a mini stain on the pillow and on the blanket of whoever or whatever. in the bathroom there was mould on the ceiling above the shower. otherwise the hotel was good. see above
