Just had an amazing stay at a hotel near 42nd St subway. Breakfast was exceptional with so many choices. DEFINITELY coming back! Photos don't do justice to the rooms.

The hotel had a great location and friendly staff, plus spacious rooms. However, the elevators were a nightmare with long wait times and only one working. Breakfast was chaotic and cramped. Despite these issues, the cleanliness and amenities in the rooms were a plus.

Everything was great, its staff and rooms, plus good wi-fi. The breakfast had plenty of toast, cereals and hot waffles. The hotel of choice in New York.

The location was extremely convenient, within walking distance to several key attractions such as Rockefeller Center and Broadway. The staff members were welcoming and helpful, and the rooms, although on the small side, were comfortable and clean. The breakfast, while not extensive, provided enough choices to start the day off right. Overall, a satisfactory stay for a busy traveler.

Perfectly clean, good value hotel, its location was ideal and close enough to the most important subway station as well as Times Square and Broadway theaters. Highly courteous, efficient staff team is especially the manager on staff during the day January 24th.

The hotel was fabulous and I loved the streets of New York City. The buffet breakfast was warm with several choices. The staff were helpful, tried to make the stay a fine experience. The location was perfect, for example, a well-maintained lawn was just a pleasant stroll away from the venue.

During my stay at Hampton Inn Manhattan - Times Square South, I found the cleanliness lacking. Towels and bed sheets had hair strands, AC was dusty, and encountered issues with the toilet water pipe. However, the location was superb for exploring the city attractions. Plus, the breakfast selection and friendly staff were highlights.

super hotel in citylage. good metro connection to all hotspots of new york city. if you are looking for a hotel in the middle of new york city, you have found it here. price-performance ratio is optimal. including breakfast: here very american, you don't mind paper plates and plastic dishes - everything there for the first refreshment of the day. 24/7 there is coffee and tea for free in the lobby. room is small, sufficient because you are on the road all day anyway - in bed it sleeps great, relaxation guaranteed! not to forget the great, friendly and courteous staff. we will surely come back!

elevator partly took forever, on the 22nd floor one thinks three times whether to climb stairs. maybe it was also due to the fact that parallel with us there was a huge travel group on site.

Room badly isolated from the common areas, the breakfast room too small and failure of the elevator during our stay, fortunately we were only on the 6th floor!

We loved exploring the nearby Theatre and Garment Districts, and the hotel's fitness center was a great way to stay active. The vibrant atmosphere and central location made our stay even more exciting. Plus, the newly updated facilities gave off a cool vibe.

It would have been even more awesome if the hotel had a rooftop lounge or a cool hangout spot for young adults to chill and socialize.

I chose to visit Rockefeller Center and the convenient location of Hampton Inn in Times Square was the main reason for my stay. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary breakfast with free coffee and tea, perfect for fueling up before exploring the city.

The staff here were super friendly and Jonathan Mercedes at the night reception was a real lifesaver, especially when our airport taxi flaked out! The hotel's location is awesome, right near the main attractions and our bus station, plus loads of places to eat and shop nearby. Just a heads up, the lower floors can get a bit noisy with all the city hustle and bustle. Overall though, great stay! 🌟

we had a room on the 32nd floor. there were only two elevators. so it always took us a very long time to get up and down.

The location was awesome, just a 10-minute stroll into Times Square. The hotel felt very safe, even late at night, with plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. The staff were extremely friendly and the room was a decent size with a good-sized TV.

My recent stay at Hampton Inn was absolutely delightful. The staff was incredibly helpful and always greeted us with a warm "good morning" every day. The location was perfect for exploring Manhattan, and having access to tea and coffee facilities anytime was a nice bonus. The hotel also provided daily room cleaning, a comfortable bed, and amenities like an iron and safe. Special mention to Jonathan Mercedes, the night receptionist, who went above and beyond to ensure our safety and provide assistance when our airport taxi didn't show. His kindness meant a lot to us.

breakfast was fine but could be more varied e. g. there was no cheese, no tomatoes or cucumbers, no ham. lot of sweets and very unhealthy. location of the hotel was good and also not on a main road. service and/or personnel was always helpful and friendly.

in the room, even in the off-mode, one cannot switch off the air conditioning, thus the good thing went on and off every 5min. there was also a mini stain on the pillow and on the blanket of whoever or whatever. in the bathroom there was mould on the ceiling above the shower. otherwise the hotel was good. see above

I stayed at a spot that's super close to a massive building that looks like something from old movies. The rooms are pretty modern, with everything you need to feel at home. They even let me hang around a bit after the usual check-out time. The place had all the New York vibes right at my doorstep, from the famous places to the never-ending energy of the city. Plus, the free breakfast was a game-changer. Can't wait to go back and explore more of the city!

It was close enough to be there in just a few minutes, but far enough away to avoid excessive noise. the staff at the hotel were extremely polite and helpful, especially the front desk and breakfast room employees. the breakfast offered a good variety of food, and there was plenty to choose from. Additionally, the hotel had free coffee available 24/7, which was a nice bonus.

The elevators at the hotel were not great. It was a tall building with only two elevators, so there was always a long line and sometimes you had to wait a very long time to go down to the lobby.
